Michael Doherty has been a real estate entrepreneur and investor since 2016. His focus is acquisition of cash flow producing real estate with a special focus on value-add, multifamily assets. He serves as investor relations and the broker arm of Skytree Investments.

Michael grew up in Waterford, Connecticut. He graduated from University of Connecticut in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science degree in consumer behavior. From there, he worked at Virtus Investment Partners, a small boutique asset management firm, for 7 years. His work in finance and real estate is what led him to meet Ryan and found Skytree Investments. Michael lives in West Hartford, CT, with his fiancé, Rachael, and their dog, Max.

Ryan Deasy started his real estate entrepreneur journey in 2012. In addition to multifamily asset identification and acquisition, his main focus is the firm's marketing system and its optimization. He oversees the marketing department and all back end processes at Skytree. In addition to this, he also heads up the lending department at Skytree. His areas of focus are DSCR loans, hard money loans, ground up construction loans and conventional financing in CT and FL (NMLS 2354349).

Ryan grew up in Colebrook, Connecticut. He graduated from Central Connecticut State University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He then worked in banking, followed by a career in advisory services in the finance field. Ryan is happily married to his wife, Brenna, and live in northwest CT with their daughter Mae.

Connor is a UCONN Graduate from the class of 2018 where he graduated with and Economics Degree and played club lacrosse and club hockey for the Huskies. He has been in the Private Lending field for the last 5 years as a Business Development Coordinator and as a Loan Officer as well as having hosted many broker training courses over the years. He has spoken at several Mortgage Expos across the country as well as being a Panelist and Moderator for Trade shows in Las Vegas, Houston, NYC, and San Diego.

Connor is looking to use his critical thinking skills and acquired knowledge from years in the private lending space to ensure each borrower gets the best loan for their goals and that their closing process is as smooth and efficient as can be.

Mike Sangapore began his real estate career in 2020 working as an acquisition manager at a remote wholesale firm. His focus began with single-family flipping and wholesaling, but he slowly pivoted his attention to long term, multi family, and cash flowing assets. Having grown up in a family with investment properties, this was a very easy and familiar transition. Mike works as a real estate agent on the Doherty Home Team and Sales Executive for Skytree Investments.

Mike grew up in Milford, Connecticut where he spent his earlier years as a touring musician and teacher. After years of undergoing surgeries, the need to find passion without the ability to leave home became more and more apparent. His innate desire to work hard, establish relationships, and help others achieve their goals is what allows for a successful and devoted real estate career. Mike enjoys spending time with family, playing drums, and currently lives in Middletown, CT, with his girlfriend Kelley.

Coming from a prosperous family contracting business, Conor inherited a tradition built upon hard work and service to others. In 2018, Conor moved to Hartford to continue building his real estate network. He holds a degree in broadcast journalism at CCSU, with a minor in business management.

After college, Conor continued to work in retail, hospitality, and property management. His background, education, and practical experience has carried a lot of momentum as a real estate professional, often described as detail-oriented, proactive, and fun to be around. At Skytree, Conor will be managing properties and working on the lending team. In his spare time, Conor enjoys long distance running and competitive golf.

In 2021, Judith joined the Skytree Investments team as their executive assistant and has played an integral role in the facilitation of all outbound and inbound marketing efforts. In addition to orchestrating the off market marketing campaigns, she handles many of the behind the scenes tasks that allows the business to perform efficiently and effectively.

Judith grew up in the Summer Capital of the Philippines. She graduated from the University of the Cordilleras in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. She started her career working as a customer service representative for a few well known banking firms. This was then followed by a career as a virtual assistant in the real estate industry. Judith is a single mom raising her 4 year old son, Johann.

Marie Thomas is a real estate investor and CT agent whose journey began in 2021 amidst the pandemic's market shifts. Her investing journey started with a 3-unit multifamily in Mystic, CT. With a decade of experience in New York City's legal tech, and finance sectors, Marie's strategic business acumen sets her apart from other agents. Her career highlights include orchestrating a merger and acquisition in eDiscovery, steering product development in tech, and leading a Fintech company (NASDAQ: PAYO) to a successful public offering.

Marie grew up in Norwich, CT, and graduated from The University of Connecticut (UConn). She has garnered deep roots along the shoreline and throughout the tri-state area, which has helped her build a sophisticated network. She also is the lead principal and owner of Rie & Co. Interiors, a residential and commercial interior design firm. In her off time, you can find Marie at the beach with her Goldendoodle, Chip, playing volleyball or volunteering for local community organizations like the Gemma Moran United Way food centers and the 501(c) non-profit Hope in Focus.
